There is no possibility at the moment. Perhaps you can do something with webhooks. So the message would come from extern but can then looped through all the channels

Unread messages badge in taskbar icon in linux
Hi there, @lohfu
The current behavior of the Linux desktop client only flashes for a couple of seconds when a new message is received and while users can be occupied with work and other tasks, it is easy to miss out on this.
I did a little bit of research and came across the following feature request related to the question that you have here:
Since it is still under discussion, I would recommend you to cast your vote(s) and keep an eye on it should there be any updates. Hope that helps.
Missing Messages on iOS App
There are no links to create a group and admin console
Solved the problem by removing the nginx configuration on the server where mattermost is installed.
But there was another problem:
- mattermost app for OS Adnroid and iOS cannot connect to server Mattermost.
There are no problems in Windows OS and app for windows.
Are there any ideas?

Hi @larvel
Have you solved the issue? I run into this and can’t figure it out
Any help appreciated
Automatically activate plugin
I simply run a cron script every morning in case the server has updated and booted during the night
30 6 * * * docker exec mattermostserver /mattermost/bin/mattermost plugin enable com.github.matterpoll.matterpoll >/dev/null 2>&1
Automatically activate plugin
I’m trying to enable this in ansible playbook task and cronjob won’t work for me. Anyways thank you for your quick reply

Missing Messages on iOS App
Thanks @RbDev - as stated above, our team is working on improving network handling for the mobile apps: https://mattermost.atlassian.net/browse/MM-13065
Some of the improvements have been completed with more in progress or planned.
Missing Messages on iOS App
Hi @amy.blais,
I understand there are many issues to work on but since this issue affects messaging (mattermost primary feature) I believe this should be set as high priority.
I suggest to have as many developers involved as possible to fix this.
Cheers

There are no links to create a group and admin console
thank you, problem solved
But there was another problem:
- the system massege " Вы прикидает команду ." - allowed syntax error.
I changed the translation file: ru.8f6b5175f9fbb6183510da18b2611478.json
but changes in the file do not occur on the site mattermost
Are there any ideas?
Address is forbidden, how do I allow access
Hi @jliukai,
What service are you trying to connect to? When you used 127.0.0.1
the service tried to connect to the localhost, but in that case it’s the docker container of Mattermost where no service is listening on that port. In order to allow Mattermost to connect to that service, you have to make sure that it’s reachable and use the correct IP in the AllowUntrustedInternalConenctions
setting.
Example:
If you got a service listening on your Docker Host, and want to connect to it, you need to use the IP address of the Docker Host and not 127.0.0.1
. On Windows and Mac you can use the host.docker.internal
domain to resolve it, on Linux you have to check your interfaces. If your IP is e.g. 172.17.0.1
you then want to add that IP to the allow list and connect to 172.17.0.1:7357
from your interactive button.
Hope that makes it clear, please just let me know if you got another question.
OAuth single instance?
Hi @jlvaleriano,
A response from a community member:
Yes, we believe that currently you can configure only one GitLab instance to authenticate against. However, it’s probably possible to work something out. Can you help with more details on why “the customer may need multiple instances of GitLab” (but only one instance of Mattermost)?
