Keyboard shortcuts

Instead of CTRL+ENTER, I'd propose either:

A) Use OS-specific bindings, several native Mac apps use OPTION+ENTER

if OSX:
  OPTION+ENTER
else:
  CTRL+ENTER

B) Just SHIFT+ENTER on all systems - which is what HipChat and Slack do
